Meatloaf


Combine in a large bowl:
2 lbs ground beef (I use the 80/20 for flavor)
2 T steak sauce
1 cup dry bread crumbs
2 eggs
3/4 cup milk
3 T parsley flakes
1 small minced onion

Sauce:
1 (8oz) can tomato sauce
2 T steak sauce

Mix 1/2 of sauce with meat mixture. Shape into loaf and put in baking dish. Pour remaining sauce over loaf. Bake, uncovered, for 1 hour at 400F
