Beef Stroganoff


2lbs top sirloin, cut into thin strips
1/3 cup flour mixed with steak seasoning
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 envelope beefy onion soup mix
1 cup water
1/2 cup sour cream
Cooked buttered noodles

Toss steak with seasoned flour and put in crock pot. Mix soup, dry soup, and water. Pour over steak strips and stir. Cook on high 5-6 hours. Stir in sour cream and serve over noodles.
