Shredded Pot Roast


2-3 lbs chuck roast
1 beefy onion soup mix
2 cups water
1 (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
BBQ sauce to taste (I like Sweet Baby Ray's)

Put roast in crock pot. Mix remaining ingreds and pour over roast. Cook on low 7-8 hours. Shred with fork. Great with toasted sour-dough bread.
